These are challenging economic times, and I'm hearing from many of you that your clients are struggling financially while simultaneously trying to deal with what is probably the most stressful experience of their lives. I have heard you and I understand. It seems to me that I can be of some help by changing my fees from a fixed fee to one based upon your client's income and financial circumstances.

 

Although I mediate for some people whose financial circumstances are not severely impacted by the current state of the economy, I also mediate for a considerable number of folks who may be living paycheck to paycheck. My primary goal as a Mediator is to help people through difficult times, and making Mediations more affordable is one way in which I can be of service. Therefore, effective immediately, my fee for a Half Day Mediation will range from $450.00 -- $600.00 per party and my fee for a Full Day Mediation will range from $800.00 -- $1,100.00 per party. 

 

I realize this is a novel approach and may take a little getting used to, but I'm frequently asked to reduce my fees and I have always been happy to oblige, so formalizing my flexibility seems to make sense. You all know me and you know that I have the skillset, knowledge and experience to get your cases settled, so give me a call and we will find a fee that is appropriate and works for your client.
